Here at ProBodies Fitness The Woodlands, we strive to push each and every athlete to be better than they were the day before. Our clients' goals are our goals, and we want to help each person to not only meet, but exceed their personal goals. We strive to keep a fun, family-like gym atmosphere, all while maintaining constant growth and personal improvement.

Our Strength and Conditioning Program is based on the 10 General Physical Skills of Fitness: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Strength, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. In our program, you will experience constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity. These movements, such as weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, gymnastics, running, rowing, biking, etc. are combined into timed workouts that will offer a challenge to athletes of all levels.

Strength & conditioning classes (1 hr)

Monday - Friday: 4am, 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm,  7pm, 8pm 

ignite classes (1 Hour)

Monday - Friday: 4am, 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm

Powerlifting (1 HR)

Monday - Friday: 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm 

ProBodies Elite Competitors Program (1+HR)

Monday - Friday: 5am, 6am, 9am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
