Coach / Owner
Historically participating in and achieving numerous awards in Martial Arts for 13 years and fighting for 11, Jordan has an extensive background in sports performance training as well as strength and conditioning as an athlete.
As the owner of Probodies Fitness, Jordan has dedicated tireless hours to enhance the fitness programs and member experience so that each and every person that works out at the gym will not only receive incredible results, but also feel like they have an encouraging, motivating, and welcoming support group as they continue their journey to obtain and maintain a healthy fit lifestyle.
On February 14, 2010, Jordan broke her L4 Vertebrae while competing in the 2010 U.S. Tae Kwon Do Open. She was told she may never regain full use of her left side. She spent months recovering and learning to do things we would typically take for granted—Daily actions like sitting, standing, and even walking!
Once she could walk, she struggled with left leg and hip joint mobility. She eventually lost all feeling and function of her left leg, experiencing an onslaught of severe pain and numbness during rest and activity.
The doctors informed her that she had nerve damage and would likely struggle with the symptoms for the rest of her life. They went on to explain that she would never have full mobility and function with her left side ever again, claiming “[She] risked losing the ability to walk at an extremely early age.” It was devastating to say the least.
As a member, you’ll often hear Jordan shout, “Can’t stop! Won’t stop!” and you’ll learn immediately that she despises hearing clients claim they “can’t” perform a specific exercise. There’s a reason for this…
In January 2012, a few years after the doctors claimed she would likely lose the ability to utilize her left side, she started doing CrossFit for the first time and absolutely fell in love with it! During Strength and Conditioning, she was pleasantly surprised to find she had retained the ability to function at 100% capacity!
However, that success did not come without some bumps in the road. In fact, she experienced severe pain for the first several months, but as she worked through that pain and stayed consistent, she slowly recovered. She now lives pain free with full mobility of the left leg and hip. Strength and Conditioning saved her life!
The immense passion she developed from overcoming what some would claim was the impossible inspired her as a trainer and cofounder of Probodies Fitness in 2009.
Jordan genuinely wants to help others achieve their goals and reach success in their desire to build a healthier happier lifestyle and she strives, always, to be the best coach she can be in order to help you become the best version of yourself.

A Nebraskan native and mother of 3, Enid moved to great state of Texas in 2004.
She did not become heavily involved in fitness until she experienced severe back problems that nearly left her paralyzed before receiving back surgery the same year she moved to Texas.
Following the surgery, Enid was left with permanent nerve damage to her spine and thought she may never achieve a healthy weight or muster up any significant strength ever again. Years later in 2007, she made the daring decision to step into the fitness world and see what she was made of, starting with boxing and followed by Muy Thai. To her amazement, she could successfully get through boxing and Muy Thai classes and discovered she really enjoyed it! In fact, she continued boxing alongside her 2 sons for 6 years!
Then, in 2013, she stumbled upon one of the best little gyms in The Woodlands—Probodies Fitness—and never looked back. Enid joined the Probodies Fitness coaching staff in 2017 in hopes of sharing and cultivating her passion for health and fitness, as well providing her knowledge with others as she continues her studies with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
When she’s not coaching at Probodies Fitness or studying for NASM, Enid enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, particularly at the beach or the lake with her 3 children or competing in Spartan Obstacle Course Races and other local 5K races.

Roni began her fitness journey in 2004 after battling a series of medical issues. For a few years, she suffered through the pain of a herniated disk in her lumber region. The doctors put her on pain and heart medication and told her she would need them the rest of her life.
As a single parent to a wonderful son, Roni knew something needed to change. She wanted to be able to spend time with him and show him all the wonderful things life has to offer!
With that, Roni and her son joined a martial arts school called Kuk Sool Won. Throughout their time there, they both achieved their second degree brown belts. The most gratifying moment for Roni? She found that with the help of a consistent exercise, her back felt better! In fact, her back felt so much better, her doctors slowly took her off of the numerous medications they originally prescribed.
Later on, they moved and were therefore unable to attend martial arts, but that didn’t stop her on her fitness journey.
In 2015, she required surgery, as she began to experience harsh pain while trying to stay fit. To make things worse, the doctor informed her that she would be unable to continue with a regular exercise routine and to take extra care to avoid any strenuous exercise involving the core, following the surgical procedure.
Roni was unable to move or use her abs, so she gained a considerable amount of weight. However, she didn’t give up. Roni actively worked on and studied fat loss and muscle gaining diligently to ensure she’d conquer the weight she gained once and for all! Roni has lost more than 30 lbs since her surgery in 2015. As for her abs? Well, let’s just say the doctor was wrong!
This inspired Roni to become a personal trainer. She joined the coach staff at Probodies Fitness with the mindset of, “If I can’t reach my goal, I have no business becoming a personal trainer!”
She is now certified as a personal trainer through ACE and currently studying to be a health coach!
She wants to help others achieve a healthier physical and mental positive attitude!
